We maintain the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party platforms and providers (Meta, LINE, cloud hosting, AI providers) that may change policies, suspend access, or experience outages outside our control. We will notify clients and remediate as quickly as we can.

Clients may cancel at any time with notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for unlawful use, breach of section 3, or overdue fees. On termination we disconnect from the client's pages/accounts and delete data per our Privacy Policy.
